insightful, especially the 3 vectors pic for me was a mind unblocker of sorts

what are your thoughts on scalability, breaking down this model in my head, serving MSMEs- each has its own individual micro issues and customizations. creating a platform helps but to scale they would need a lot of on ground guys, moreover the platform would be a sort of a boilerplate in the start i believe which would need to be customized after each client engagement, which seems tiresome and moreover needing innovativeness each time.

but then dont they become a consultant of sorts, bcoz look automate and manage isnt a biz protecting point (moat), they need the optimize and grow pointers to create that differentiator i believe.
